Blazing Salads Bread Company is an independent, family-run, certified organic bakery. We produce exceptional naturally leavened and yeasted breads and we pride ourselves on our wheat free and yeast free naturally leavened loaves, which make up a substantial part of our range.

Just so you know...
- We use only certified organic flours
- No artificial flour improvers, enhancers, colourings, bleaches or any artificial or chemical additives are ever used in any of our products.
- Where we state that our bread is wholemeal; we mean wholemeal. We use only 100% organic wholemeal flour, so that you receive all the fibre, vitamins and minerals you would expect, as well as that unique wholemeal flavour.
- We use only natural sea salt.
- All our breads are hand-moulded or preshaped by hand.
As you can see, we take the greatest possible care when baking each and every one of our breads. We take pride in providing our customers with the most delicious and nutritious breads possible.
